Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return a product, please review the following return policy:
 

Important Details for Returns

Return Window:
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns outside this window will not be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.

How to Submit a Return Request
Contact Us: Email us at info@mobileautodetailers.com.au to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Approval: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorisation number (RMA).

Shipping: Once you have your RMA, send your return using Australia Post to the address below:

Return Shipping: For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit if proper procedures are not followed.

Late or Missing Items/Refunds

If an item has not been delivered yet, please allow 7-15 working days after Australia Post or courier has started process of tracking and locating parcel before we can refund or send out another item.

If you haven’t received your refund within 3 days of approval, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mobileautodetailers.com.au.

Packaging and Colour Discrepancies
Please note that product packaging may vary from what is displayed online. Additionally, slight colour differences may exist between images and the actual product due to manufacturer changes. Refunds will not be provided based on these discrepancies.

Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty on products that are found to be defective. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us for a return authorisation. You are responsible for sending the defective item to us, but we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
